Patented Track Solution

Mining operation solution consisting of one 3-runway patented track crane with full length walkways and two 2-runway cab operated patented track cranes with full length walkways operating on 1,400 lineal feet of patented track runways. The solution also included an interlocking patented track crane with full length walkway operating along 2 x 270 ft. of patented track runway. This crane interlocked with a column mounted patented track jib crane.

Patented Track Solution

Steel processing solution consisted of four interlocking patented track bridge cranes, two crossover tracks, and an interlocking patented track monorail system with four track switches. The cranes and monorails operated on 1,500 lineal feet of patented track.

Industrial pump manufacturing solution consisted of ten (10) patented track crane systems and one (1) monorail system operating on 2,300 lineal feet of patented track.

Patented Track Solution

Furniture product manufacturing solution consisted of a 59 ft. double girder patented track crane operating along 2 x 385 lineal feet of patented track runway track. Attached to the crane was a custom motorized bun grab to store and retrieve 60 ft. long polyurethane foam buns. The crane interlocked with a double girder monorail spur to transfer the buns to a cutting machine.

Aluminum Process Solution

Aluminum manufacturing solution consisted of four (4) interlocking patented track bridge crane systems two (2) furnace monorails, two (2) loop monorail systems each with four switches operating on 1,100 lineal feet of patented track.

Dennison, TX

Storage and Retrieval Solution

Industrial pipe manufacturing solution consisted of a 4 ton capacity double girder patented track interlocking crane with a 360 degree rotary telescoping stacker crane trolley. The system was designed to store and retrieve mandrels from custom designed floor supported storage racks along 2 x 210 ft. of patented track runway.

Aerospace component manufacturing solution consisted of eight (8) patented track crane systems operating on 2,300 lineal feet of patented track runway.

Patented Track Solution

Aerospace component manufacturing solution consisted of (16) motorized patented track bridge crane systems operating on 1,800 lineal feet of patented track runway. The cranes interlocked with a patented track monorail system consisting of 1,400 lineal feet of track, 63 track switches and 216 carriers for a manufacturing and shipping process.
